MARREN AKEYO AT MR & MISS KISUMU 2025/26

On April 26, 2025, the Royal City Garden in Kisumu transformed into a vibrant hub of advocacy and elegance as the Mr. and Miss Kisumu County event unfolded under the impactful theme: Mental Health and Gender-Based Violence (GBV). The event served as a dynamic platform to spotlight pressing social issues affecting the community.

Akeyo Foundation proudly participated in this transformative event, aligning with its mission to empower youth and foster community awareness. Through the art of modeling, the foundation’s representatives embodied resilience and hope, using fashion as a medium to convey powerful messages about mental well-being and the urgent need to combat GBV.
